With Mother’s Day quickly approaching, I thought I would send you all a few ideas! While some love the easy gift card idea…(and I do love gift cards myself!), I also LOVE to get gifts that are thought out and from the heart ❤ Something so special about getting a gift that someone handpicked for you. Sometimes, I’ll get a small gift to go with a gift card so there’s the best of both worlds!

  1. Personalized necklaces – These are so popular right now! When I had my second son two years ago, I knew I wanted to get one for my first Mother’s Day with both of my boys. This is the one I chose with their initials and an infinite symbol between them. There are so many options with bar necklaces, round, you name it! This is the shop I purchased it through…so happy with it! Great quality and this picture is after two years of wearing it almost EVERY day!!! There are several different options to choose from or you can get a bracelet, birthstones, the possibilities are endless with personalized items!
  2. Tote bag – My first purchase from Sole Society and thoroughly impressed with the quality! The inside has a pretty leopard print (see picture below) and the sides zip to make the bag just a touch smaller or bigger, whichever you prefer! I just recently used it as a day trip bag and it worked perfectly for all the essentials. I’m currently a stay at home mom, but it would DEFINITELY be my go to work bag since it fits my laptop and a few other essentials needed for the day. Comes in three colors and half off through their website! Still currently full price at Nordstrom, so take advantage of this final sale!
  3. Succulents – Did you know Amazon sells live plants?! I never knew until now. Great prices on these succulents. Perfect for those without green thumbs (hello, over here!). I love a touch of green in every room and trying to work on switching over to more live plants in our home! These would be a great little gift to go with a gift card to Mom’s favorite store OR for kids to give Moms and Grandmas!
  4. Bath and body – I love getting spa like gifts because I personally never buy them for myself. Look how pretty this little set of bath bombs looks!! So fancy and would make a great gift along with a gift card OR you could make a gift basket with a bunch of fancy bath and body products. Here’s another set of bath bombs for a great price and they’re organic and natural!
  5. Gigantic coffee mug – Perfect gift for the new moms! So hilarious, this coffee mug is 48 oz. And don’t we all need that much coffee a day with little ones (LOL)!!!
  6. Ninja coffee maker – To go along with gigantic coffee mug, here’s the BEST coffee maker! I asked for this for Christmas two years ago and still use it EVERY. DAY. Here’s the other version of it, which I loved even better, just decided to go with the one where the frother was separate vs. built in. They both do the same thing….lattes, cappuccinos, iced coffee, etc. And both can froth milk, which makes you feel like your at Starbucks for a fraction of the price. I buy specialty sugar free syrups like these, and LITERALLY as good as a $4 cup of coffee you would buy at a coffee shop (or maybe even better, since it DOESN’T cost that much). Just follow the recipes in the recipe book that come with it! The most expensive gift on this list but Mom will be SO happy with this if she’s a coffee lover!
  7. Fun graphic tanks – A cute, fun graphic tank like this, this one, or this one! Put in a gift box with a Target gift card (hint, hint hubby!), and it makes a fun little gift.
  8. Spa at home – If you don’t want to do the traditional spa gift card or want the gift to last longer than one treatment, you could buy a foot spa or shiatsu massager that can be used anytime. We have the shiatsu massager linked above (bought my hubby for Christmas), and have loved it! Add some spa essentials (nail polish, face /body scrubs, face masks) and would be a gift I’d enjoy for sure!
  9. Day of work in the garden – This one doesn’t need any prep work! For those moms who love flowers and plants but either don’t have time to work in their yard OR just don’t enjoy it, offer a day of buying and planting flowers for them. AMAZING gift! I love being outside and prepping our yard with gorgeous colors for the summer, but honestly if my hubby offered to buy it all and prep for me, that would be marvelous. Sometimes, it’s just a lack of time that makes it hard to do everything and someone offering that is a gift in itself ❤
  10. Pioneer Woman – While most of the items is this line are bright and floral themed, there are several more delicate and classic pieces that I love! I love themed gift baskets and it would be a great gift to put a few things together for the woman who loves to bake/cook! Several items to choose from here and all reasonable priced!

Happy Mother’s Day, Mamas!!! Hope you’re able to relax and enjoy your families on your special day!

XO, Stephanie
